The Steps To A Happy Deal

This is a series of ideas of what you can do to make kickoff3pm the helpful, happy and successful marketplace we all want.

Step One - Communicate More

The things you can consider are asking questions before you buy or bid, make sure the item is the one you want and clear up any details the seller has not included in the listing. Don't forget many seller don't have time to enter all the details they might want to. Often that depends on the value of the item they are selling. It's up to you to make sure you don't take things for granted and you'll find most sellers are more then happy to answer questions.

After you buy an item follow up with a short thanks outlining how you intend to pay or to pass on any information you might want the seller to know. Perhaps your not going to be able to respond to invoices or you want to wait till the sellers other items you are bidding on has ended before you pay.

Sellers, why not follow up a buy with a thanks ? Outlining the process you will be taking next and while your there you could inform the buyer of items you are yet to list. Or point them to your free KO3pm football blog perhaps.

Once payment is sent, tell the seller, once items is sent tell the buyer. All this keeps people informed and involved and we are sure it will be reflected in your feedback ratings.
