Thanksgiving 2011 in Mexico City – A photoset
I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. We spent the night at a friends’ house in Colonia Roma. Erik and Liz Vance did an outstanding job. They were amazing hots.
Liz prepared mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, three different kinds of pie (pumpkin, pecan and apple), brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce and a HUGE turducken. Erik made Glögg, a Swedish warm wine that was delicious! Jon made pumpkin chili and a corn casserole and I made avocado rolls and pumpkin flan.
There were 19 people total. Some people flew from California and Virginia for this dinner. We all had such a great time! Here are the pictures of this unforgettable night. I hope you enjoy it. How was your Thanksgiving?
¡Buen provecho!
