Ginger pumpkin bread recipe ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar, granulated
- 1 cup mashed pumpkin (pumpkin puree)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup nuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup cranberries, dried
Cranberry bread recipe instruction:
Combine dry ingredients: flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and ginger.
Separately, beat eggs with sugar. Add pumpkin puree and melted butter in eggs and mix that all together.
Pour dry ingredients into pumpkin puree mixture and mix that to unite. Stir chopped nuts and cranberries in it as well.
Pour mixture into greased loaf pan and bake your pumpkin ginger bread in preheated oven to 350°F for about 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool it on the rack.
