CRANBERRY ORANGE PROTEIN SHAKE
1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2%
1 cup water
1 cup cranberries
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 packet stevia
1/3 cup mandarin oranges
Blend all in the blender. Add one cup ice and blend again.
