"The day thou gavest Lord has ended, the darkess falls at thy behest. To thee our morning hymn ascendes thy peace shall sanctify our rest."
The words of this old hymn came to me last night when I watched this glorious sunset over the city.
When you see things like that you can't but marvel at the beauty of God's creation. How could the night be frightening knowing that as the sun went down over the country of New Zealand, it was rising over another part of the world where Christians would rise from their sleep and offer their morning prayers to the Lord?

I thank you Blessed Father for giving us yet another day to glorify Your precious mighty Name and worship you on all the Earth. Let us today appreciate afresh the blessings you've given us and may we be Your light shining forth in a dark and godless world. Amen
